They machine-applied the Lightweight CE marked Lime Cement Render using their state-of-the-art spray rendering/plastering machine. Bauprotec 850 M is manufactured from a controlled blend of selected aggregates, lightweight aggregates, cement, polymers, fibres, and other components to give a high-quality weather-resistant rendering product that is suitable for use in external rendering and internal plastering. Bauprotec 850 M is a factory-produced Lightweight Lime Cement Render specially designed for machine or hand application produced to EN 998-1: 2010. Bauprotec 850 M is incredibly versatile and very user-friendly. It’s suitable for use in all suitable spray rendering machines (e.g. G 4, G 5, m3, S 48, MP25, SP11) and can be transported on all pneumatic conveyor systems. The product’s special composition allows the product to breathe and also permits constant hygrometric exchange between the substrate and the environment. This was poured prior to the industrial levelling screed. This lightweight screed is ideal for renovation projects and where loading may be an issue. This is a high-quality pumpable, factory-produced, CE-marked, self-levelling screed based on calcium sulphate. German-made SMET LiteFlo® is unique because it’s the first pumpable lightweight flowing screed ever available. Principal building contractor, Kelly Bros. on behalf of Poplar Investments Ltd was tasked with this mammoth renovation project which comprised 15 Luxury Apartments, in-situ concrete frame, brick and render & Zinc standing seam Facade, completed with a flat roof. SMET’s bauprocalc products are CE-marked, factory-produced hydraulic hardening skim coat plasters and render based on lime, specially designed for hand and machine application produced to DIN EN 998-1. bauprocalc KG and bauprocalc 830 contribute to a healthy internal atmosphere. They are an excellent alternative to plaster and renders containing gypsum or patent cement that have less vapour permeable qualities. This was so fast track we started at 7 pm and finished at 10 pm. Our unique Fast Track Screed is a pneumatically pumpable, high-quality, rapid drying, levelling floor screed material based on sand, cement, and Sopro Rapidur® EB5 screed accelerator. This screed is unique in that it allows early use of floor and early final floor covering installations. It’s mixed using Portland Cement, sand, fibres, Sopro Rapidur® EB5 screed accelerator and water. It’s factory-produced on-site by our state-of-the-art mobile screed factory. Our floor screed complies with the requirements of BS EN 13813:2002 and BS 8204: Part 1 and can be used for bonded, unbonded, and floating floor screed constructions for both residential and commercial applications. The hydration process is speeded up through rapid water-binding properties allowing early floor-covering installations.
