High Quality, low maintenance, CE marked, Onexit Universal Render in through-colour 663 was selected as the façade solution for the project at Daughters of Charity Nursing Home in Co Dublin. Smet Supported Partner, Tom Togher Plastering, applied approx. 600m2 of the single coat, high quality, weather resistant render – produced to EN 998-1 2003 – to the façade of the Nursing Home by machine application. Onexit Universal’s properties, such as:  low maintenance, through-coloured and high yield, along with the superior technical support and aftercare provided by  Smet Building Products Ltd, were the key drivers in selecting this façade system.  ISO 9001 accredited Smet Building Products Ltd, demonstrating, once again – best practice in supporting their selected partners in Renders Systems Solutions.
