Through-coloured, low maintenance Onexit Universal 663 render was selected as the façade solution for the new development, Delgany Village in Co Wicklow.  This is a beautiful development in a picturesque location, currently under construction by main contractor Tower Homes.

Smet supported partner Duey Bros applied the single coat, high quality, weather resistant render – produced to EN 998-1 2003 by machine application.  Onexit Universal’s render properties, such as low maintenance, through-coloured, high yield, along with the superior technical support from Smet Building Products Ltd, were the key factors in selecting this façade system.  Smet Building Products Ltd, demonstrating, once again – best practice in supporting their selected partners.
