Under normal conditions foot step traffic onto the floor is possible after 1-2 hours and the final heavy loading after 1-3 days due to conditions on site.  Cemdure 110 is designed for use as a thin levelling screed in domestic and commercial buildings. It can be used as a subfloor for carpets or tiles. Cemdure 110 can be applied with an automatic mixer pump. In small areas it can be mixed in a barrel or drum and spread out on the floor. A total of 4,500.00 m² of the new Primark shop floor area was renovated over three stories, using SHG Casufloor C30/F6. The existing floors were first mechanically prepared using milling techniques, followed by installation of the Casufloor screed, supplied in silo-mixing-pump in thickness between 25 and 40mm. SHG Alpha Hemihydrate screed Casufloor C30/F6 is a pumpable, high-quality screed material based on Calcium Sulphate. It is supplied as a pre-blended dry powder and is designed for application at thickness of between 20 and 80 mm.
