| Industry leading Sudanit 280 Alpha Hemihydrate binder was used by Kilsaran Create to produce 500 m² of screed used for a floor renovation incorporating underfloor heating on a timber joist supported floor of this historic stately home. In order to achieve a level floor, it was required to apply the screed over and in between the timber joists. Therefore, a fibre glass mesh was applied prior to the application of the screed, reinforcing it where only a minimum cover could be achieved over the timber joists and thus allowing the joists to move.
