Smet Supported Partner, Fast Floor Screed Ltd, completed the floor screed contract for the Daughters of Charity St. Josephs Centre Redevelopment at Clonsilla – Dublin 15, for principal contractor JJ Rhatigan & Company. The project includes the construction of a 14 bed Dementia Unit, Day Activation Centre, along with 6 bed sheltered accommodation with shared facilities. The programme which covers two projects Sonas and the High Dependency Support Unit. Total floor screed area 3,100.00 m2.
