Industry leading CASEA Südanit 280 – Alpha Hemihydrate Binder was proudly supplied to Fast Floor Screed for production of Hemihydrate Flowing Screed. The screed was applied in a 250.00 m² bonded application followed by installation of ceramix tiles using Gypfix Calcium Sulphate Tile Adhesive. Another showcase project of best practice partnership with Smet Building Products Ltd.

On the ground floor the screed was applied in a 180 m² floating application over underfloor heating.
