Smet Supported Partner, All Ireland Machine Plastering Ltd, applied CASEA Bauprotec RHS as a basecoat, reinforced with fibreglass mesh onto a cement particle board substrate, finished with Onexit Universal 724.  Bauprotec RHS is a CE marked, factory produced highly polymer-modified render, specially designed for hand and machine application produced to EN 998-1: 2010.  The unique properties of this render makes it suitable for a multitude of purposes such as: adhesive bridge/key coat on difficult substrates or adhesive and fibreglass reinforcement base coat on insulation and cement particle boards. Final façade choice, Onexit Universal is a single coat, high quality, weather resistant render – produced to EN 998-1: 2010.
