For the re-fit of this shop floor the designers specified an industrial polished concrete look. Industrial wearing Cemtop 340 was pump applied by Turley Bros from Newry and later polished by Fegan Terazzo Flooring Ireland, also from Newry, to achieve the required highly polished industrial look.​
