Smet Supported Partner, Fast Floor Screed Ltd – Ireland’s leading floor screed contractor – completed the floor screed application for the renovation and relevelling of the worn floor at Polagh Community Centre in Co Offaly. A new damp proof membrane was primarily laid, with levels set – industry leading alpha hemihydrate 280 Screed was then applied in a total of 244 m2 un-bonded application over underfloor heating on the ground floor and first floor.
